New kopila Nepal is raising non governmental organization which strangling empowering and establishing children home center (hostel) for under privilege, orphanage , poor and disadvantage children . It provides And promote children right   at advocacy proper environment for study and hostel  and to provide the facilities  of  basic need for the children .Now here are  18 number of children age of 4 to15 years old  range are sheltering .
