We have very simple terms and conditions that all hosting users should follow.

1. Each cPanel allows sending 300 emails per day.
2. We recommend changing the password every 3 months.
3. We recommend you keep a backup regularly.
4. Every cPanel has an Imunify360 scan, which is enabled by default. This scan is done regularly.
5. Update your website for security and performance.
6. If the system finds any infected file, we will send you an email, and you need to correct it within 24 hours.
7. After that your account will be suspended. To unsuspend your account, you need to pay $100, and you will have 72 hours to fix the problem.
8. Within 72 hr, if you have not fixed the problem, then the account will be suspended. You can request to unsuspend the account by paying $100 for the 2nd time. The account will be unsuspend again for 72 hours, and in this time, if you do not fix it, then your account will be terminated.

As many accounts are in shared hosting, we are very strict regarding this. An infection account can make other accounts go down also. So we have zero tolerance for the infected problem.

3. Regularly scan your site at https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload.
4. Add CDN for security and website optimization.
